The O2 is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all visitors with the launch of its Safe Space facility. Managed by the Security and Guest Relations teams, this space offers a secure and supportive environment for anyone needing assistance, whether leaving an unsafe situation, recovering from anxiety, or requiring first aid.
The Safe Space is equipped with welfare provisions, including:
